Nope...

Well, contract #1 is apparently bust so now back to Contract #2 which was the same price but worse timing... Still hopeful and still showing the house -- another couple came tonight (mid-microwave pizzas on the deck) and other group is coming in the morning. Meanwhile, all the houses we like in Colorado are being taken!! Oh well... keep the faith... patience... patience... patience (and a carafe of Montepulchiano)

Two offers....

When it rains... :) Yep, we have two really good offers on our house. It's stunning. We're very excited. We're waiting to hear back from offer#1 (which we countered last night) and if they are good to go, we'll head back out to Colorado on Saturday to see more houses. As long as we have a good offer here in VA, we should be ok to bring a contingency to Colorado. I'm sure I'll post again tomorrow with the final decision.
